Verification of identity
When you engage our firm, we need to verify your identity. If you are making an appointment for a sit-down meeting, please bring along original proof of your identity (ideally both your passport and driver’s licence).
As required under Australian anti-money laundering and anti-terrorst financing law, we might also ask you a few compliance questions, such as whether you hold an exposed position or, if you are representing a company or trust, who the ultimate beneficial owners are. Please note that keeping your profile up to date is an ongoing requirement so we may periodically ask you to confirm your details.
